Please provide a street address (not a post office box) when ordering. Our normal shipping method is UPS. If only a post office box is given, we will ship Parcel Post. We recommend SECOND-DAY shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
For the best value, THIRD-DAY shipping guarantees your order will be delivered within three business days from the time it leaves our plant. Third-Day shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
SECOND-DAY shipping guarantees your order will be delivered within two business days from the time it leaves our plant. There is a $10.00 extra charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
NEXT-DAY shipping guarantees your order will be delivered the next business day after leaving our plant. There is a $10.00 extra charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
For shipments outside the United States (including Canada) additional duties, taxes and fees may be due upon receipt. The customer is responsible for the additional fees. Please pay in U.S. Dollars. No C.O.D. shipments can be made outside the United States. Actual shipping will be charged on all orders outside the continental United States (including Canada). For an estimate based on total value, call 1.800.766.8595.
Orders outside the continental United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean will not be accepted if the wedding date is less than three months from receipt of the order. No sales of matches can be made outside of the United States.
