How soon will I receive my order?

Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Once we receive your order, invitations take five to seven business days to process, accessories take two business days to process, and shipping takes from two to seven business days (depending upon your location). Shipping to the West Coast/Midwest, takes two to five business days. Shipping to the East Coast takes six to seven business days. You will have your order in one and one-half to two weeks. If you need it more quickly, you can have your order shipped out Second- or Next-Day Air. If you have it shipped out Second-Day Air, you will have your order in 7-9 business working days. If you have it shipped out Next-Day Air, you will have your order in 6-8 business working days. Most expedited deliveries cannot go to post office boxes so you will need to provide a physical address. The above timing estimates will be altered if there are any questions or problems on your order. top

Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: Yes. For shipments outside the United States additional duties, taxes and fees may be due upon receipt. The customer is responsible for the additional fees; and shipping costs are VERY expensive. The cost of the shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order, and shipping charges range from $25.00 to $210.00. (For orders totaling over $300.00 you will pay the actual shipping costs. Please contact us by e-mail to receive the total cost for your shipping.) We are only able to ship our orders by UPS International Air. top

Q: If my order is shipping overseas, how long will it take for me to receive it?
A: Once we receive your order it takes three to five business days to process your order. Shipping usually takes five to seven business days. So, you would have your order in 10 to 14 days. Again, this is assuming there are no questions or problems on your order. top
