Q: How many programs should I order?A: To determine how many programs you need, count exactly how many guests will attend and order one for each guest plus a few extras for guests you may have overlooked, as well as keepsakes for yourself! top
Q: How many napkins should I order?A: When ordering napkins, the general rule is to double the number of invitations you ordered for each napkin size. For example, if you are sending out 100 invitations, order 200 beverage and 200 luncheon napkins. top
Q: How do I apply the colored ink charge?A: Printed accessory prices are shown for printing in black ink. For printing in a colored ink, simply add $6.50 to the total cost of each item. For example, if you order 100 Thank Yous at $53.00, your thank you total if printed in a colored ink would be $59.50. For 100 Save-the-Date Cards priced at $61.00, your Save-the-Date Card total printed with a colored ink would be $67.50. top

Q: Can I order a proof of my items before they’re printed?A: Of course! We understand that you would want to look over your items to make sure they’re perfect before we print them. We offer black and white PDF proofs for $15.00 each. A proof is available for any printed paper item (invitations, enclosures, menus, thank you notes, etc.). Request a proof of your invitation during the invitation personalization process. You can also request a proof by visiting www.myjeanm.com and clicking on Guest Services or reaching us via Live Chat. Q: How do I enter promotion codes to get special offers or discounts?A: It’s easy! At checkout, you will be prompted to enter the promotion code.
