You chose your toasting glasses, cake top, invitations and other wedding accessories so carefully — don’t let them gather dust when the wedding’s over! Use them creatively and display them prominently, and your wedding memories will remain fresh throughout the years.

  • Toast each other with your engraved wedding toasting flutes on each anniversary. Display the glasses in your china cabinet for the rest of the year.

  • Frame a keepsake wedding invitation in a shadow box along with a few pressed flowers from your bouquet, your garter, the groom’s bow tie, a snapshot or two and other mementos.

  • At the wedding, have guests sign a photo mat instead of a guest book and use it to display your favorite wedding portrait. Create a photo collage on a wall in your new home together with the signed photo mat as the centerpiece.

  • Have a keepsake throw pillow made from the train of your wedding gown and display the pillow in your bedroom. Perhaps have it embroidered with your names and wedding date.

  • Display your cake top in a glass dome or in a curio cabinet next to a photo of you cutting your wedding cake.

  • Use your engraved wedding cake knife and server for serving dessert on special occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and parties.

  • Use your ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket in your bedroom as accents. Fill the basket with potpourri for sweet-smelling memories!
