Molly
Rockford, Michigan

Why We Chose Molly
Molly is a sophisticated bride who loves the classic, tasteful look of clean lines, elegant simplicity and quality products. That's what makes her the perfect Jean M Bride! She wants every aspect of her wedding to her fiancé, Josh — from the ceremony style, cakes, dresses, flowers and invitations — to blend with her theme of "simple elegance." A sense of communal celebration, including love, faith, family and commitment, is also very important to Molly. She wants all the wedding details to reflect her and Josh's style and is very considerate of the impact her decisions will have on her guests. We're very excited about helping Molly create the wedding of her dreams!

Molly's Proposal Story
"EVERYONE was in on our engagement and I felt like the most special girl in the world," Molly says of the night she was engaged. "Josh was home just before Christmas and we'd planned to go out for dinner. He'd arranged for his mom to call and offer us tickets she said she'd won at a school event to go see a local museum garden filled with Christmas tree displays. After dinner, we walked through the beautiful Christmas tree displays. The setting was so romantic. As the night drew to an end, a horse-drawn carried clicked along a candlelit path to pick us up. We got into the carriage and were brought through the snow-covered outdoor gardens. Josh had arranged for the driver to stop at the side of the path. Josh helped me out of the carriage, held my hand and led me out onto a beautiful walkway that overlooked an amazing ice-covered waterfall — where he popped the question on bended knee! I was completely surprised and said YES! When we arrived back at the carriage, the employees of the gardens greeted us with applause."

Molly's Wedding
The theme of Molly's June wedding to Josh took a spin from Molly's classic style. Molly believes that the combination of black and white is quintessentially elegant, so they are having a black-and-white wedding with accents of color throughout. Their wedding will be in a quaint, intimate chapel near their hometowns and they will fill the chapel with family, friends, flowers and candles to create a romantic environment. Afterward, they will celebrate at Frederick Meijer Gardens. The guests will all have passes to visit the outdoor perennial flower garden located in front of the main building and to the indoor atrium filled with tropical flowers, waterfalls, and birds. Josh and I will be able to take pictures with each other and our entire wedding party in front of the outdoor waterfall where we became engaged!! They are excited about including Jean M products, like the tuxedo and dress favor boxes, in their elegant wedding celebration.
